1. Eligibility for Refunds

  1. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.
  2. If a product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 2 days of receiving it.
  3. Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear are not eligible for refunds.

2. How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact our customer support with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
  2. Once your request is approved, we will guide you on how to return the item safely.
  3. Refunds are usually processed within 7–14 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

3. Shipping & Return Costs

  1. For damaged or defective products, return shipping is covered by us.
  2. For other returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
  3. We  use reliable courier service within Pakistan to ensure safe delivery.

4. Lost or Delayed Shipments

  1. If your package is lost or delayed while shipped via couriers, contact us immediately.
  2. We will investigate and may issue a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

5. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may apply for items that are not in their original condition, missing parts, or damaged after delivery (not due to our error).

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item and place a new order.
